Pre-processed steel sheets are prepared for glass coating by a succession of dips. A consistent coating is achieved by computer-controlled application of enamelling powder with state-of-the-art equipment.

In the enamelling furnace the powder coated sheets are heated to 860 degrees Celsius. At this temperature the enamel powder melts, thus forming a corrosion resistant union with the surface structure of the metal. This glass-like, extremely resistant enamel coating permanently protects the whole steel surface.

Quality controls are made according to DEZ (German Enamel Centre) guidelines separately for each steel sheet by means of high-voltage tests.

The superior quality of our coating is further enhanced by our design standards, which meet with current European and DIN requirements. Our standard sheet basis of design and build structures are connected using special bolts. The tanks are generally supplied in 1.0 m diameter increments and 1.5 m height increments. This supply basis allows for the most economic use of steel and easy site handling during construction.
